Automated review requests

Ask for the review at the one moment the client wants to give it.

An agent that asks a client for a review at the right moment, chosen by rules you set, and never asks the same person twice.

Built with Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Next.js.

The situation you are probably in

Your happiest clients would leave a review if asked at the right moment, and nobody asks, because the right moment is different for every client and remembering it is nobody's job. Meanwhile the one unhappy customer needs no reminder at all, and the public record tilts their way by default.

What we do about it

We define the trigger with you: the completed booking, the finished engagement, the third visit, whatever marks the moment your clients feel the value. The agent watches for it and sends the request then, in your voice, with the link that takes ten seconds. Who is asked, when, and how often is a written rule; the outcome is a public record that looks like your actual client base.

Typical engagement. One to three weeks from scope to the first requests going out, usually alongside follow-up automation on the same records.

Where this already runs

Running in production for a counselling practice: the request goes out on a schedule driven by the practice's own records of completed work, in the practice's voice, with a written rule for who is asked and who is left alone. It is one of the systems where we swapped a model out for plain code, because a timing rule does not need one.

Most builds of this shape start with the two-week assessment: we map the process as it runs today, cost it, and write the scope. The fee is credited in full against the build.

What you receive.

Concrete things, not outcomes on a slide. This list is the scope of the engagement.

  1. 1

A trigger defined from your own records: the moment a request is most likely to land

  2. 2

The request sent in your voice, with a link that takes seconds to act on

  3. 3

A written rule for who is asked, when, and who is left alone

  4. 4

Nobody asked twice, and no request after a complaint

  5. 5

Every request and outcome recorded, so the ask rate and the response rate are numbers

  6. 6

The trigger editable by your team as the business changes

A good fit when

  • Clients are happy in person and invisible online
  • Your records can already say when the good moment happens
  • Reviews genuinely move buying decisions in your market

The right starting point when

Not sure which of these is you? Describe the process and we will point you at the right one, on this page or another.

Put the hours the task takes today, the salary of the person doing it and any quote you hold through the payback calculator. It shows the yearly saving, the payback period and the arithmetic behind both. Free, and nothing is stored.
