AI agent development
Remove manual work from processes that can be measured.
We redesign the process, then build the system around it: agents scoped to one job, with limits you can see and a log you can check.
Built with Claude, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare.
The situation you are probably in
Enquiries arrive by email, WhatsApp, web form and phone, and every one is answered by hand. Quotes mean opening the same files and retyping the same paragraphs. The bottleneck is not selling. It is the hours between the enquiry and the reply, and slow replies lose the work to whoever answered first.
What we do about it
We build agents that are scoped to a single job, connected to the systems that job needs, and wrapped in checks. Every agent ships with a written boundary: what it may do, what it must hand back to a person, and how you audit it afterwards. Nothing reaches a customer unread unless you decide it should. Writing that boundary down is the first thing we do, and it is what makes the agent safe to put in front of customers.
Typical engagement. Two to eight weeks from scope to a working agent in production, then a monthly retainer to run and improve it. Agents drift, and a build with no maintenance line is a build you will be blamed for.
Every agent ships with a scope sheet
Before an agent runs, its limits are written down: what it may do, what it must hand to a person, and how every action is logged. This example shows the shape. Yours is written with you, for your business.

What you receive.
Concrete things, not outcomes on a slide. This list is the scope of the engagement.
- 1
A written scope for the agent, including what it must not do
- 2
The agent itself, connected to your tools and your data, running on your accounts
- 3
Human review steps at the points where a mistake is expensive
- 4
A log of every action the agent takes, readable without an engineer
- 5
A handover session so your team can change the rules without us
A good fit when
- A person does the same task twenty or more times a week
- The task has a clear definition of done
- Someone inside the business can own the agent after launch
The right starting point when
The process has never been written down. Start with the two-week assessment. It maps and costs the process, and the fee is credited in full against the build that follows.
Every case needs a licensed professional to sign it off. The agent prepares and the professional approves. The system gathers, drafts and checks; a named person releases the work. We build this shape often.
You are measuring this in headcount. The assessment costs the process as it runs today. That baseline is what any saving is measured against.
Not sure which of these is you? Describe the process and we will point you at the right one, on this page or another.
Price it before you commission it
Put the hours the task takes today, the salary of the person doing it and any quote you hold through the payback calculator. It shows the yearly saving, the payback period and the arithmetic behind both. Free, and nothing is stored.

Figures from our own systems that this service draws on. Each one names its source.
- 1,312
- prices a customer can quote themselves, at any hour
- 40/40
- guest questions answered correctly, including the ones set to trip it up
- 30+
- jobs that run overnight so nobody has to remember to start them
Every figure names its source. How we count. The investing system runs on a broker paper account, not real money.
