AI voice agent

Ask out loud, get a short answer, and hear how it got there.

A voice interface over your own systems. Someone asks a question out loud, gets a few sentences back, and can ask the agent to explain how it reached the answer.

The situation you are probably in

Some of your people are never at a desk. They are driving, on site, between meetings or walking a floor. The information they need exists, but reaching it means stopping, opening a laptop and clicking through screens built for someone sitting down.

What we do about it

We build a voice layer over the systems that already hold the answers, tuned for how people actually listen: a few sentences, not a paragraph. The agent assembles the same context it would for a written answer, and every figure it speaks is computed in code first. It can be asked to explain itself, which is what turns a spoken answer into one somebody will act on.

Typical engagement. Three to six weeks over systems that already answer in writing, then a monthly line to run it and widen what it covers.

Where this already runs

Running inside our own market intelligence product: a spoken question about a position or a market gets a few sentences back, and the agent can be asked to explain what the answer was built from. It reads the same live streams the written brief reads, so the spoken answer and the morning brief never disagree.

Most builds of this shape start with the two-week assessment: we map the process as it runs today, cost it, and write the scope. The fee is credited in full against the build.

Start with the two-week assessment

What you receive.

Concrete things, not outcomes on a slide. This list is the scope of the engagement.

  1. 1

A voice agent answering spoken questions from your live systems, on the device your team already carries

  2. 2

Answers shaped for listening: short, direct, and never a read-aloud dashboard

  3. 3

An explanation on request, so a person can hear what the answer was based on

  4. 4

Every figure computed in code before it is spoken

  5. 5

A written boundary: what it answers out loud, and what it sends as text instead

  6. 6

A transcript of every exchange, in one log your team can read

A good fit when

  • Your people need answers while their hands and eyes are busy
  • The information already sits in a system a screen can reach
  • Short answers are genuinely more useful than a full report

The right starting point when

Not sure which of these is you? Describe the process and we will point you at the right one, on this page or another.

Price it before you commission it

Put the hours the task takes today, the salary of the person doing it and any quote you hold through the payback calculator. It shows the yearly saving, the payback period and the arithmetic behind both. Free, and nothing is stored.

Run the payback numbers

Things you can check.

Figures from our own systems that this service draws on. Each one names its source.

5
months running every day with nobody operating it
11
live data streams read and cross-checked while nobody is watching
9,000+
automatic checks that run before any change reaches a user

Every figure names its source. How we count. The investing system runs on a broker paper account, not real money.
