Market noise turned into a plain-English daily read

• Built a collection layer that pulls eleven live streams of market data, filings and news on a schedule, and computes every figure in code before a model sees it
• Held the model to narration and extraction: it writes the sentence around a number it was given, and is never the source of the number
• Built 9,064 automatic checks that run before any change reaches a reader, graded against the live database rather than a rehearsal copy, so a fault is caught by the build and not by the audience
• Put a watchdog in front of the scheduler that restores it from a known-good copy the moment a job goes missing, and pages a human when it cannot
• Ran the strategy engine against a broker paper account behind a written live-trading gate that has never been opened

• The system has run in production since March 2026, and every dated incident in its record produced a permanent fix rather than a note
• A reader gets what moved, why it matters and what to watch, in plain English and without the jargon
• No figure in the briefing exists that the code did not compute

• It is intelligence and research context, not financial advice, and the product says so next to the intelligence rather than only in a footer.
• The model does not produce numbers. Prices, moves and levels are computed in code and handed to it.

Those checks run against the live database on every change. Operation and incidents are read from the system's own run log, which is why we say five months of daily operation and not five months of uninterrupted output: the record shows the gaps.

Nothing is anonymised here, because the product is ours and you can open it. What we do not publish is a real-money track record, because there is not one.
