Ask a different oneDoes it replace my POS?
No. It works alongside your POS and delivery apps. CaterIT handles event and catering orders: enquiries, quotes, approvals, kitchen sheets and payments.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each business has its own private system. We provide a full data export on request, including if you leave.
Can clients pay online?
Clients approve quotes online and receive an automatic deposit request with your bank details. Payments are recorded against each event with the receipt. Card payments are coming soon.
Which cuisines are supported?
Any. The system currently runs Indian and pan-Asian menus with 1,181 dishes. Your dishes and pricing rules are set up during onboarding; we confirm the timeline on the discovery call.
Which emirates are supported?
All of them. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are live today. Your delivery areas and transport charges are set up for your business during onboarding.
What are SEO and AEO?
SEO gets your website found on Google. AEO (answer engine optimisation) gets your business named in AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The Website, SEO & AEO add-on covers both.
How long does setup take, and what does it cost?
About two weeks. Setup is a one-off fee of AED 7,500 for Booking & Sales or AED 12,500 for Full Operations, then a monthly subscription of AED 1,490 or AED 2,490. No per-user fees and no quote limits.
What do the three marketing levels include?
AED 2,500 a month keeps the website current, with monthly search and AI-search work and a one-page report. AED 5,000 adds a new occasion or area page every month and automatic Google review requests. AED 10,000 adds ads run for you, with the ad money billed separately. The website build is AED 15,000 one-off.
