Content decays where nobody is looking. Prices change, features change, the world changes, and page forty-seven still says what was true in January. At scale nobody can re-read everything, so errors are found by the worst possible reviewer: a customer, mid-purchase, quoting your own page back at you.
What we do about it
The agent runs at night. It checks what you have published against the source of truth you name, on rules you set, and flags what fails. Then it repairs: regenerating what is wrong, polishing what is weak, filling what is thin, with every repair verified against the same rules before it ships. The check and the fix are the same loop, which is what makes it quality control rather than a report about problems.

Where this already runs
Running nightly inside our learning product as a five-stage chain: difficulty recalibrated from learners' real answers, failures flagged on five written rules, faulty items regenerated, weaker ones polished and verified, and thin topics refreshed from the curriculum source. Hundreds of items are checked or repaired each night, and a person reads the summary, not the queue.
Most builds of this shape start with the two-week assessment: we map the process as it runs today, cost it, and write the scope. The fee is credited in full against the build.
